PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy

Peak Campervan Training respects your privacy. This page explains what information the website uses and what happens when you contact Steve.

Website analytics

The site uses Google Analytics only after you choose “Accept” on the cookie notice. Analytics helps us understand visits and improve the website. If you decline, analytics storage remains disabled. Your choice is remembered in your browser.

Heatmaps and session replay

If you accept analytics, Microsoft Clarity collects clicks, scrolling, page interactions and browser/device information to create heatmaps and masked session replays. We use these to understand and improve the website. Clarity does not load before you accept and may then set _clck and _clsk cookies. We do not grant Microsoft advertising storage consent or send your contact details as tracking events. Microsoft processes this usage data; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Contacting us

If you contact Peak Campervan Training by email, phone or WhatsApp, the details and message you provide are used to respond to your enquiry and manage any course booking you choose to make. Those services operate under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

Use Cookie settings on the homepage or course and guide pages to change your choice. Rejecting stops future tracking and removes accessible first-party analytics cookies, but does not delete data already collected. You can also clear stored choices through your browser settings. You may also ask Steve about information supplied during an enquiry by emailing Peakhope2017@gmail.com.
